Setting up your fundraising page

Follow these quick guide steps on how to fundraise while having fun!

Step 1: Choose your event

Do a physical activity, a creative challenge or turn a hobby into a fundraising event. We have compiled a great list of fundraising ideas here to inspire you.

Step 2: Create a fundraising page

Set up an online fundraising page through the Stuart Low Trust, Virgin Money Giving or Local Giving.

Share your story, images and details of the fundraising event to personalise your page.

Share your page with everyone!

We are grateful for any donations received, large or small- including Gift Aid.

Step 3: Promotion and marketing

Promote your fundraiser to as many people as possible; tell your friends and family, work or school and share it on your Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.

Mention us in your social media posts so we can share your fundraiser too.

Step 4: Resources for maximum impact

Step 5: On the day

Enjoy your fundraising day!

Take many photos, post them across social media, and send them to us too. Our social media team will help raise awareness of your fundraiser by sharing and retweeting your photos. We will help generate wider interest in your fundraising activity.
